I ordered the Apollo 5 for my son for his birthday and I am EXTREMELY happy I went with Gigatech Gaming. I first contacted them and they asked for a budget and the games he played, then they recommended the Apollo 5. I have to say, it’s a blessing and a curse because he WILL NOT get off of the computer now. But I’m very happy I went with Gigatech!

Gigatech was very helpful made it simple for ordering my PC and helped me when a day or two after I ordered it I realized that I didn't order a couple of the things like the warranty like I had meant to. So I emailed them quickly after noticing and got a response back that same night even though it was a holiday so they went way above and beyond my expectations and if I ever need to buy another pc will come back and highly will recommend them to anyone looking to buy a pre-built setup.

I ordered one of their PCs through Newegg and it's probably the only pre-built PC I've ever bought that had no issues with when I got it!! I've never bought them from before, but I'm glad I did. I reached out to them for an unrelated matter and got responses from their team very quickly twice.

10/10 would recommend. They answered all questions that I had. During shipping some items were damaged and they got back to me in a matter of a couple of hours and said they would be shipping replacements for the broken parts! Super satisfied with my purchase and would buy from them again.

Gigatech Gaming is a great company! They're very quick to respond to your questions. The entire process went smoothly and my gaming pc arrived sooner than expected! As far as the pc itself...great quality and the gaming case is really nice! Gigatech Gaming definitely deserves 5 stars!
